Hello! I'm Nick Reinicke, a software engineer currently employed at NREL specifically focusing on transportation.

I'm also currently engaged with a small music project: the Lost Mondays

I split the rest of my time between far too many interests like:

hive

HIVE is a simulation platform for assessing the energy/grid impacts of deploying an electric Mobility as a Service (MaaS) fleet. We've compiled a technical paper here.

mappymatch

mappymatch is a pure-python package for map matching that our group uses for several research efforts. The package name came from a group vote during PyCon 2022 when we hosted a development sprint for it right after open sourcing the code.
